"Dieting" tips for women workers

In the Mayo Clinic in the United States, an experiment was conducted on a sample of females in the same age group, and they were divided into two groups and followed the same "diet". The first group consisted of females, working full-time or part-time. The second group was limited to non-working women. In the results, it was clear that the non-working class was more committed to the "diet".
