  Boiled egg, salad dish contains all kinds of vegetables except (tomatoes, carrots), apple fruit 0.2 cups water.


Sunday:
- Lunch:
Grilled or poached fish, salad contains all kinds of vegetables except (tomatoes, carrots), apple fruit 0.2 cups water.
- Dinner:
2 hard-boiled egg, salad dish contains all kinds of vegetables except (tomatoes, carrots), one orange juice, 2 cups water.

Monday:
- Lunch
- A piece of meat grilled or poached chicken breast or grilled, salad contains all kinds of vegetables except (tomatoes, carrots), juice, 2 cups water.
- Dinner:
Non-fat cheese by 80 grams, fresh fruit platter 0.2 cups water.

Tuesday:
- Lunch:
Fish or a can of tuna without oil, green salad platter, a carton of milk Activia.

- Dinner:
 Cup yogurt plus garlic and cucumber, toast, green salad dish, juice, one apple.

· Between meals can eat two pieces pineapple, green tea cup, a glass of water.
